RoMarCo PROPERTIES basic qualifying criteria is proof of income 3 times greater than the monthly rent amount, proof of bank balance large enough to cover one month of rent plus the security deposit and a credit score 620 or above with out being currently past due on anything. Beyond that we do a standard background check to indicate any eviction or criminal history and a landlord verification.

No application fee will be charged at the time of applying for pre-approval. Application/Credit Check fee charged once you have picked a property and our ready to move forward.
