RoMarCo Properties began in 2008 with the purchase of just one single family home and has since purchased hundreds. Previous endeavors include construction of over 3500 apartment units, 3,000 homes, 5 hotels, over 100,000 sq. ft. of professional office space, and much more. The owners combined their years of experience in construction, property development and finance; which resulted in the successful RoMarCo team they have today.
